During the Re-Ignite Your Soul Spark program, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery, creative expression, and spiritual transformation. Here's what you can expect during our 6-month journey together:

SEPTEMBER, our theme is FIRE. We'll ignite the flame with a welcome call where we'll set intentions and get a big picture of what's to come. We'll explore the power of our spirit guides and explore art therapy to support us on our journey, and we'll culminate the month with a powerful 3 hr Sound and Sacred Cacao ceremony where we will let go of the old to bring in the new.

OCTOBER, we'll dive into the theme of WATER. We'll learn to listen to our soul language through dreamwork and emotions that flow like water. We'll create a personal oracle deck with collage, and we'll explore the power of ecstatic dance to dance our dreams into reality.

NOVEMBER, is all about EARTH. We'll connect with the roots of our ancestors through food, water, and place. We'll create beautiful art that focuses on the symbol of the seed and embark on a shamanic journey to deepen our connection to the earth. We'll also explore our sensual side and embrace the somatic power of the body.

DECEMBER, we'll breathe in the theme of AIR. We'll learn to rewrite our stories and tap into the power of meditation and shamanic journeys. We'll activate our voice through medicine songs and sing out our soul's desires. We'll also explore the power of breathwork to move our energies towards our soul’s desires.

JANUARY, is all about the theme of AS ABOVE AND SO BELOW. We'll explore intuition and signs, and learn to read the messages of nature. We'll dive deep into shamanic energy work, cord cutting, and soul retrieval. We'll culminate the month with a beautiful 3 hr ceremony of Sound and Sacred Cacao.

FEBRUARY, our theme is the CENTRE. We'll connect with our higher self and make magic by creating a visionary self-portrait of where we want to be in our future. We'll culminate the program with a beautiful New Years party through coming home to our new life, fully aligned with our soul's purpose.
